Q: What’s your favorite thing about alumni programming?
A: What I love most about alumni programming at Charlie Health is the people. I've met many incredible individuals who have truly changed my life—people I would have never crossed paths with without this program. These connections have carried me through some of my most difficult days, and I'm endlessly grateful for the friendships I've built.
Q: What are your favorite groups and why?
A: My favorite groups are Process, 35+ Process, and Tarot and Trusting Your Inner Wisdom. I love these groups because the facilitators create a warm, supportive, and authentic space. They really see and honor each person in the room, and their presence makes it easier to be vulnerable, reflect, and grow. I leave every session feeling more understood, grounded, and connected to myself and others.
Q: What would you say to someone who’s thinking about joining alumni programming?
A: If you're considering joining the alumni program, just take the first step—find one session that interests you. Everyone is genuinely welcoming and works to create an inclusive, supportive space. You'll start seeing familiar faces, and before you know it, you'll be invested in their stories and celebrating their wins. I join sessions every day, on both my good and messy days, to give and receive support from a community that has become a meaningful part of my life. These groups and the people in them have quite literally saved my life. Take a chance. I promise it will be worth it!
