Welcome to the Charlie Health Alumni Community

Our Alumni Program is designed to help you stay connected and supported after completing care. With 80+ free groups for Adults and 15+ for Teens every week, alumni have the opportunity to build community, practice mental health skills, and continue personal growth in a supportive, peer-based environment. We believe that continued connection is key to long-term healing.

How to Stay Engaged

Virtual Alumni Groups

Our non-clinical alumni groups are free to attend and run for 50–60 minutes. These groups do not include Care Coach or crisis support. Alumni can attend up to six non-clinical process groups per week, and are welcome to join skills and interest groups as often as they’d like to build community and connection.

  • Mental health skills & well-being support: Build practical strategies to manage stress, maintain emotional balance, and develop healthy routines.
  • Interests & workshops: Tap into your creativity and explore art, music, writing, and more—alongside like-minded peers.
  • Processing with peers: A supportive, non-clinical space to share your journey, celebrate wins, and work through challenges with others who understand.

Discord

Charlie Health offers two alumni Discord servers: one for ages 15–17, and one for 18+. These private spaces are designed to help you build community, stay connected, share interests, and receive reminders about upcoming events.

Each server includes a variety of text channels focused on different topics—like hobbies, mental health check-ins, and social connection. Participation is completely voluntary and does not affect your access to alumni groups or clinical care.

Special Events & In-Person Meetups

Throughout the year, Alumni Programming hosts special virtual workshops on topics driven by alumni interests and feedback. We also organize in-person meetups in select locations where we have a strong alumni presence—offering opportunities to connect, build community, and continue healing together beyond the screen.

Alumni Newsletters

All eligible alumni receive monthly email newsletters with the latest programming updates, upcoming events, and new opportunities to stay connected and engaged with the Charlie Health community.
